Pepper: The most pungent spice of all, one that would keep in storage for a good long time, was piper nigrum, black pepper. Its a beautiful scenery to see the creeping pepper plants on various trees.
Vanila: The Vanila plantation has become popular recently and is a climbing orchid.Its famous for its pleasnt favour.
Gingerbelongs to the Zingiberaceae family which takes its name from ancient Indian words meaning "horny body." Cardamon Another member of the Zingiberaceae family, cardamon (cardamom) is one of the world's most expensive spice . Cinnamon It would be hard to imagine the taste of Christmas without another south Indian spice, cinnamon.
NutMug is the hard kernel of the seed of an evergreen tree, native to Moluccas. These are used in both savory and sweet dishes. | |
